Acupuncture

Cupping
This non-invasive therapy uses small plastic cups placed on the skin, usually the neck, shoulders, legs and back. The cups are gently suctioned to increase blood flow to the area, loosen tight muscles, relieve pain, congestion, and anxiety.
Tiny cups may also be used on the face to gently promote blood circulation, reduce tension, and increase production of collagen and elastin, giving the skin a healthy, more youthful glow.

CranioSacral Therapy TM
CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch, hands-on modality that releases restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. It effectively treats conditions such as headache, migraine, neck and shoulder tension, TMJ and other facial conditions. Dr. Joanie was trained at the Upledger Institute and is certified as a Level II practitioner.
